My phone cannot find a handheld

• Put the phone and the handheld on the same Wi-Fi network.
• Turn on SSH (some firmware calls it SFTP or network services) in the handheld's settings.
• If it still does not appear, tap Add device and type its address, shown in the handheld's network settings.

It asks for a password

RomRoster tries each firmware's documented default sign-in first. If you changed the password, or your firmware shows a generated one in its settings, type that one. The Steam Deck uses the password you set for the deck user in desktop mode.

Something in the list is not a game

Tap the hide icon on its row, or open it and choose Not a game: hide it from the list. Hidden items stay hidden through rescans. Bring one back under More > Hidden items.

A game has the wrong name or no cover

Open the game and choose Rename, or Search for a cover by another name.

I bought Pro and it is not unlocked

Open More > RomRoster Pro and tap Restore purchase while online, signed in to the store account that bought it.

Does RomRoster change anything on my handhelds?

No. It only reads.
